To assist organizations in becoming more effective, I offer meeting facilitation and stakeholder engagement to create new strategy and vision, team building, new organizational designs, consultation to get stalled initiatives back on track, program development, and performance leadership training.
My methods include asking provocative questions and encouraging experiments. Once people move into a research mode, they are often able to create solutions. By encouraging clients to identify and build on strengths rather than focusing on deficits, I help my clients create sustainable upward spirals for their organizations.
With a masters degree in library science and a PhD in organization development, I blend theoretical knowledge and practical experience in a suite of approaches tailored to the client’s needs. My clients include academic institutions, cultural heritage organizations, libraries, information technology service providers, not for profit organizations in the social services sector, and start-ups.
